This Italian sweet pepper is a corno di toro type (bull’s horn), because of its shape. The flavor is sweet and fruity. Sweet and mild chilli peppers have very little to no heat. Some may have a mild spice level. They range from 0 to 5,000 Scoville Heat Units.
