The Jamaican Sun dutch pot is made aluminium in a traditional style and an essential item in kitchens the world over. It is sometimes called 'dutchie'. Storage
Store in cool dry place with lid ajar or completely off.
Maintenance
Clean dutch pot with boiling water and a brush (no soap). Once dry, give a thin coating of cooking oil to prevent rusting.
